My go to “fancy” hair style is always curls. I love when my hair is curly! It just makes me feel more put together when I actually take the time to style my hair. I get a lot of compliments on my hair when I curl it, so it might be shocking to some that I DO NOT own a curling iron! I have a curling wand but that only creates waves. I get my loose ringlets style curls from a Jose Eber flat iron. Curling your hair with a straightener may sound like such a contradiction but I assure it, it works and is just as easy once you get the hang of it. Since I learned how to curl my hair with a flat-iron, I don’t have any need to purchase a curling iron. I can do anything I would want to do with a curling iron with my straightener. My one recommendation though is that you use a heat protectant glove until you get use to using a flat-iron to curl your hair. I burned myself a ton the first time I did straightener curls, but now that I am used to it, I never burn myself.
