10 Minute At Home Blowout | Revlon One-Step Volumizer Dryer

My hair is pretty fine, straight, and long so it’s really hard for me to get volume. I tried doing blowouts with a round brush and hairdryer but it takes so long and is harder moving two hair tools around. The Revlon One-Step Volumizer makes it so much easier but gives me the same results as I get at the salon! Today I’m sharing how I do a blowout at home in about 10 minutes using the Revlon One-Step Volumizer Hair Dryer Brush.

Prep & Products

I wash my hair with Dae Shampoo and have been trying a new $8 conditioner from Ulta that I am LOVING! I love Dae products but they are a bit expensive so I picked up this Moisture conditioner from the Monday Haircare brand. It has been doing a great job!

After I wash my hair, I wrap it in a towel for a little while. I run some Dae Prickly Pear Hair Oil through my hair to add shine, reduce frizz, moisturize, and detangle. This hair oil also smells so good! Then I spray a bunch of Tresemme heat protectant in my hair to help reduce damage. I finish off with Surface Violet Blow Dry Cream to brighten smooth and protect my hair. Then I brush my hair out with a Wet Brush Original Detangler.

I separate my hair into layers, (usually 2-3). I wrap the Revlon Dryer brush under my hair and hold it at the root to try to build volume.
